Driven by modern requirements and the need to better protect the interests of businesses, the Presidential Decree 'On Measures for Fundamental Structure Development and Efficiency Increase of the Judicial System of the Republic of Uzbekistan' reorganised economic courts of Karakalpakstan, Tashkent and the regions.
 
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed on February 21 the Decree 'On Measures for Fundamental Structure Development and Efficiency Increase of the Judicial System of the Republic of Uzbekistan.'
 
The Presidential Decree 'On Measures for Fundamental Structure Development and Efficiency Increase of the Judicial System of the Republic of Uzbekistan' established a judicial collegiate on administrative affairs, administrative courts in Karakalpakstan and in Tashkent, the regions, districts, to allow citizens to exercise their rights in case of illegal activities by public officials or state bodies.
